Will physician’s formula organic wear makeup cover up acne scars?

I have some acne but a lot of acne scars. Will physician’s formula organic wear makeup cover it up? Should I use the loosed powder or pressed powder? Also, would you suggest for me to use the same color as my skin tone, or one shade darker? would the mineral wear be better?

Is Physicians Formula Organic Wear makeup oil free?
