Is this the only benefit you get from using natural/organic makeup?

Ok so I read that its better to use natural/organic chemical free makeup/skincare because the chemicals in the makeup/skincare can cause irritation/breakouts. Thats all! So if thats the only benefit I get from using the natural/organic/chemical free, should I just stick with my Lancome skincare then? Because I don’t break out or get irritated!
