When I itch my head alot of tiny flakes will come down, but I have dry skin on my hands mostly, my knees and my elbows.. I use giovanni organic hair care for it.. and I when I take a shower I use a medium-ish temperature .. it’s really annoying.. and embarrassing.. help !
