What are some good recipes that would help a girl with combination/scne prone skin and half black half white (race not hair color lol) dry, poofy hair.
Thanks a ton. Tips would be nice too!
For combination skin, I recommend a gel cleanser (something along the lines of Avalon Organics Lavender Facial Cleansing Gel). The gel cleansers seem to do a better job of getting rid of the excess oils, while not drying out the dry areas. I would also recommend a light moisturizer with sunscreen (something along the lines of Earth Science Almond Aloe Facial Moisturizer). Moisturizing is important for combination skin, however you don’t want to over do it especially in the T Zone area. For the hair, I would recommend trying out an Aubrey Organics Shampoo. Aubrey makes great all natural shampoos that really help to restore damaged hair. They don’t use any unnecessary fillers, so the shampoos feel a little different than mainstream products.
