I cannot find the right products for my face!?

So I've been through TONS of facial cleansers, scrubs, wipes etc.
I have really oily, yet really dry skin at the same time. And for some reason I still can't find the right cleansers that actually clean and take care of my face. I've tried just about every store brand and I'm sick of spending money on useless face products. Every morning I use aveeno face cleanser and sometimes after neutrogena blackhead scrub. Then I USED to use aveeno moisturizer. But that worked for like a week and stopped. So now I just use a Johnson's cream.
I do up to 2 times a week use a Queen Helene exfoliator and once in a while i use Queen Helene face mask.
But no matter what I never get products that actually continue to work. Does my skin get too used to the products I use? Do I have to switch them up every day?
Or should I just use more organic products? Which in most cases are more exspensive?

maybe its all those harsh chemicals in the cleansers thats caused your face to become dry, yet oily.
i’d say try some natural facial masks first and let your face rest for a while.
it’s also what you eat as well, pay more attention to your diet, drink heaps of water and off course, less processed foods, if you eat lots of junk food then your face will no doubt be oily. consume lots of good fats such as fatty fish, nuts and seeds.
and don’t forget to moisturize, use a lighter moisturizer if your face is oily.
and it also depends on the weather as well, skin tends to get dry in colder climates.

some great natural facial masks are egg white mask, oats and peppermint tea mask, or wipe your face with sea salt water and rinse off, all things you can create in your kitchen.

    hope i helped.

FOREVER LIVING PROUCTS HAVE A FANTASTIC PURE ALOE GELLY WHICH WILL STOP THE EXCESS OIL IN YOUR SKIN. YOU CAN BUY IT ONLINE OR FROM ME. WIPES ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOUR SKIN. YOU HAVE OBVIOUSLY DRIED UP YOUR SKIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD YOUR SKIN TYPE AND IT’S NEEDS TO BALANCE IT OUT.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST AND HAVE A FACIAL TREATMENT WHERE FACIAL MASSAGE IS PART OF THE TREATMENT TO RESTORE YOUR SKIN’S NATURAL OILS. ALSO DRINK PLENT OF WATER AND EAT HELATHY FOODS. THIS WILL FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS IN YOUR BODY AND CLEANSE IT.
DO NOT FALL FOR PEOLPE TRYING TO SELL YOU THE WRONG PRODUCTS. YOU NEED TO USE AN OIL IN WATER EMULSION ON THE OILY AREAS TO ACHIEVE RESULTS.

I think that you are being a bit too hard on your face. It sounds like the cleansers etc you use are just too harsh and your skin is very unbalanced by it. Your skin is probably being dried out by the harsh treatments, then overproducing oil to try to compensate.

Try using witchhazel as a combined cleanser/toner
it is available from most chemists and pharmacies and should not be very expensive.
Simply apply some to a cotton ball and lightly wipe over the face starting from the chin and working upward. Be careful around your eyes.. Rinse with plenty of cool water and pat gently dry. It is important to moisturise after this treatment or the astringent will dry your skin.

Once or twice a month give yourself a simple facial sauna by filling a heatproof bowl 2 thirds full with boiling water, placing the bowl on a table, away from the edge and leaning your face over the rising steam. Adding 2 drops of essential oil to the water will greatly add to the benefit of the treatment. Try Lavender (antiseptic), Chamomile (Soothing), or Rose (good for circulation). Cover your head and the bowl with a towel to make a kind of tent. You will probably need to come up for air a few times but try to keep up the treatment for about 5 minutes. This will open your pores. This should help eliminate blackheads which are caused by blocked pores. After steaming rinse the face with plenty of cold water to close the pores again and pat gently dry.

Use a very light moisturiser and again go for something simple that need not be expensive
Simple’s light hydrating moisturiser is good and boots sell it at under £4. Do moisturise at night as well as in the morning.

Other things you can do. Make sure you remove your makeup before you go to bed – try baby lotion again on cotton balls and always wipe upward and outward.
Protect your skin from too much sun. Always use a sunscreen on sunny days even if you are not sunbathing.
Drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. Try to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
